Summertime HCG Recipe

    With all of the July 4th festivities, I have really been in the mood for some good old fashioned Kabobs.

    So today I wanted to share one of my favorite summertime Phase 2 HCG Recipes with you...

    HCG Style Kabobs

    • 100 Grams - Chicken, Beef or Shrimp (Cut into big chunks, unless you're using shrimp)
    • Small Handful - Cherry Tomatoes
    • 1/2 Onion (Cut into big chunks)
    • 1 Pinch - Garlic Salt
    • 1 Pinch - Black Pepper
    • 1/2 Lemon

    Directions:

    1. Using wooden skewers, slide on one chunk of Chicken, Beef or Shrimp.
    2. Slide on 1 whole cherry tomato.
    3. Slide on a chunk of onion
    4. Repeat this process until you use all of your Chicken, Beef or Shrimp.
    5. Season with Garlic Salt and Black Pepper.
    6. Grill on medium flame until meat or shrimp is fully cooked.
    7. Squeeze fresh Lemon Juice on Kabobs while grilling.

    Note:

    You can use any of your favorite spices or seasonings with this HCG recipe.
