What If You Cheat On The HCG Diet Just A Little Bit, That's Okay, Right?

Time and time again I hear people talking about how they recently cheated but that it wasn't a bad cheat, it was just a small snack.

Unfortunately, it doesn't really matter how big the cheat was, it's still cheating.

On the other hand, if a person cheats and feels so bad about it that they don't ever do it again, then I guess that's kind of a good thing.

However, that is usually never the case -- For the most part, once someone opens the door to cheating on the HCG Diet, they seem to get more and more comfortable doing it to where it's almost a common thing.

Then there are those people who actually think it's okay to cheat sometimes as long as it's just a little cheat.

But if you think about it, a bunch of little cheats is basically the same thing as one big cheat.

Now don't get me wrong here, I know how hard it can be for people on the HCG Diet, I've been there myself -- But rather than risk throwing all of your hard work right down the drain, consider using a free food like Miracle Noodles or Miracle Rice rather than some snack that can compromise your entire weight loss journey.

Like I have said before, if you find yourself getting hungry in between meals, simply fix yourself a bowl of Miracle Rice or Noodles; they are really quite good and they fill you up too.

So before you go telling yourself that it's okay to cheat if it's just a small amount, remember, all those little cheats can add up to one very big HCG Stall!
