<span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Now for those of you that don't currently use <a href="http://www.pinterest.com/HCG411Blog/">Pinterest</a>, the way it works is when you visit a website or blog and you see a picture or an article that you like you can "Pin It" to Pinterest.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">What this does is it posts the photo along with a short description and a link back to that particular article, blog post or recipe. These "Pins" are then separated into categories called "Boards", by the user who is creating the Pin.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Then, everyone that you have connected with through Pinterest will be able to see your "Boards" and "Pins" on your user page - Those people will then be able to visit that particular site to view that same article, or in this case the HCG Recipe that you have Pinned.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">And because there are so many HCG Dieters using Pinterest these days, there's always a wide variety of HCG Recipes being shared across the site. This basically means that there is a never ending supply of HCG Recipes. Now the only thing you have to do is go find them - The good news is that Pinterest makes this little task very easy to do. By having the user select a category and a name for each Board and Pin that they create, it makes it easier to find by doing a simple search.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Trust me, go to Pinterest and do a search for HCG recipes. Before you know it you will have more recipes than you can handle.</span><br />

<span face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">When my two older children were toddlers, I would always look at them and think that they were never eating enough. But knowing what I know now, I think that babies are better than adults at regulating how much they eat. The reality is it is us as parents that teach them to eat more and more. So over time that is what they come to know. The problem with that is, we are going by today's standards of how much food is really enough to satisfy us.</span><br />
<span face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"><br /></span>
<span face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">But you can't really blame us for thinking that either - Take a look at fast food
restaurants for example, not only is most of the food that they offer
extremely fattening and unhealthy, their attempts to give it to you in mass quantities
are basically made mandatory by the higher ups.</span><br />
<span face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"><br /></span>
<span face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">I'm not even going to
go into the different ingredients that they put into food to cause you to become addicted to
it. I know it all sounds like a big conspiracy theory but it's true.</span><br />
<span face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"><br /></span>
<span face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">So
avoid eating out as much as humanly possible too. Because that coupled
with the myth that people can eat anything they want after the HCG Diet
ends is just a <a href="http://www.hcg411.info/2012/02/biggest-hcg-diet-danger-of-all.html">recipe for failure</a>.</span><br />
<span face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"><br /></span>
<span face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Believe me when I tell you that retraining yourself to eat until you are satisfied and not stuffed like a Thanksgiving Turkey can be a lot harder than it may seem. But if you have been successful in sticking to the <a href="http://www.hcg411.info/2010/05/hcg-500-calorie-diet.html">HCG 500 Calorie Diet Plan</a>, you are already well on your way to slaying this dragon.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;"><b><span face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Here Are A Couple Of Tricks To Overcoming Your Old Eating Habit:</span></b></span><br />

<span face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">The trick is to eat just until the point of feeling satisfied. Eventually after eating smaller portions over time your body will adjust. And because you have been eating such a small amount of food with the HCG VLCD, as long as you don't go right back to your older ways, it should be easier than if you hadn't done the diet at all.</span><br />

<span face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">So simply choose to eat smaller portions and honestly it is almost never needed to go back for seconds.</span><br />

<span face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">But remember, even though these tricks may be helpful, in the end it really comes down to you making the change -- And before you know it your mind and body will be on the same page.</span><br />

To help with those people who just don't know any better then to temp you, you can simply forewarn them that you are going to be on a strict diet and that you will need lots of help to stick with it. Then after you start, maybe throw out a reminder from time to time that you are on the diet and doing well. This way they will be less likely to offer you a piece of cake at the next office Birthday party.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">2. Now for those people who want nothing more than to see you fail, the best thing you can do is simply stay strong. Because if they can get you to slip up just once, they won't stop until you completely abandoned your diet altogether. On the other hand if you don't give in to their attempts to knock you off track, they will likely give up after they see that they're not going to keep you from reaching your goals.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Honestly, contrary to what some people would want you to believe, the point of the HCG Diet is not to have you lose weight and eat healthier just to have you go right back to eating all the things that caused you to gain weight in the first place.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">So this means that after the diet ends you should <b>NEVER</b> eat anything that would be considered unhealthy, right?</span><br />

You can still enjoy a slice of pizza or a piece of your favorite dessert every once in a while, you just need to be mindful of how often you are doing it. And when you do partake in something that you wouldn't consider to be an everyday food, just make sure that you don't go too overboard - And one of the most important things to remember is that you want to practice good <a href="http://www.hcg411.info/2010/11/phase-3-portion-control-how-much-is-too.html">portion control</a>; especially with the "not so healthy foods".</span><br />

And to make sure that the baby is getting everything it needs, the mother should be on a well balanced diet and eating plenty of food.</span><br />

So unfortunately, using a diet that allows you to eat a total of just <a href="http://www.hcg411.info/2010/05/hcg-500-calorie-diet.html">500 Calories</a> throughout the entire day is probably not a good idea until you are no longer nursing your baby.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">And if you <i>are</i> breast feeding, you may have the upper hand when it comes to getting rid of that baby fat. Believe it or not, there are some women who actually lose their pregnancy weight while breast feeding.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">But it's important to mention that breast feeding isn't the only reason to put off doing the HCG Diet Program. There are actually a couple of other good reasons for not doing the HCG Diet immediately after giving birth.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><b>2.</b> As you know, pregnancy causes a woman's hormones to go crazy. So giving your body ample time to recover and start getting back to normal before doing the HCG Diet is important. I would say to wait 8 to 9 months if at all possible. But if you simply cannot wait that long, make sure you give it no less than 5 or 6 months before you begin the diet.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Of coarse as with most important issues, there are many different theories on this particular topic. I have come up with these time frames after doing my own research and evaluating various "expert" opinions. <span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">But it was so easy to get carried away with it because I felt like I had a valid reason for drinking so much of it. I work a full-time job, have 3 kids that range from 1 to 13 years old, I run <a href="http://www.hcg411.info/">HCG 411</a>, our <a href="http://forum.hcg411.info/">HCG Forum</a>, our <a href="http://www.facebook.com/HCGDiet411Blog">Facebook Page</a> and I am also in the process of starting another online business. This means I stay up late and wake up early -- After working all day, I then have soccer games, a baby to entertain, a teenager that tries to outsmart me, meetings with my business partner and in the middle of it all if I'm lucky, I get to spend a little time with Suzy.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">So in my mind, all of these tasks and duties give me more than one valid excuse to go waaaay overboard with my all time favorite energy drink. But of coarse I also know that it can be very unhealthy for me in more ways than one.</span><br />

And that will allow you to put some time and distance between you and your habit.</span><br />

But I think that quitting smoking only made me stronger when it came to giving up Red Bull. Because at that point I knew that if I could stop smoking 1/2 pack of cigarettes per day, then I definitely could stop pounding energy drinks by the dozen.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Of coarse I do know that some habits are harder to break than others. But for the most part a habit is a habit. Sometimes the most difficult part is just convincing yourself that you don't need it anymore. Humans are a crazy species, because even if we know something is not good for us, or it can do us harm, it can sometimes take everything we have to not use it anymore.</span><br />
