Surprisingly Better Than Store Bought Fruit Roll-Ups -- And Healthier Too! I remember when I was a kid and my mom would pack Fruit Roll-ups in my lunch every once in awhile - It was always such a delicious and healthy treat ... So I thought. After having a couple kids of my own I started paying more attention to labels. That's when I realized that the store bought Fruit Roll-Ups really don't contain much fruit at all. In fact, they contain 2% or less of any Natural Flavors - They actually put it right on the label. Unfortunately this means that they are not good to eat while on the HCG Diet. But that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a tasty Fruit Roll-Up, or Fruit Leather as they are sometimes called. Are You Allowed To Have Ground Turkey On The HCG Diet Program? If ground turkey was allowed on the HCG Diet, it would open the door for a ton of delicious  HCG Recipes !  So why isn't it on the HCG Food List? There are actually quite a few different foods that you would think belong on the HCG Diet Menu, but their not. I'm sure that years ago when Dr. Simeons created the HCG Diet Protocol he had very good reasons for not including certain foods on the menu -- But times have changed, we know a lot more about food now than we did back then. If You Like Spaghetti, Then You Will Love This HCG Recipe! There are lots of foods that you have to give up while following the HCG 500 Calorie Protocol . One of the things that I missed the most was spaghetti. But now, this is one meal that you won't have to go without. That's because I've put together a delicious recipe for Spaghetti with Noodles approved for the HCG Diet. HCG Diet Spaghetti With Noodles 1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes 2 Tablespoons Diced Onions 1 15 oz. can of Tomato Sauce 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning 1 Pinch Garlic Powder Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste Miracle Noodles Directions: In a medium saucepan, pour in your 15 oz. can of Tomato Sauce. Stir in all of your other ingredients and simmer for about 15 to 20 min. Prepare your Miracle Noodles. Pour sauce over your Miracle Noodles. Now enjoy!
