    Like most things in life, to be successful with the HCG Diet you must have the right mindset.

    However, having an HCG Diet State Of Mind, is easier said than done. If you are not already thinking positive, then try these tips below...

    Getting into the HCG Diet State Of Mind:

    1. Read the HCG Diet Protocol - After you know a little bit more about what to expect, doing the diet is a little less intimidating.
       
    2. Tell people that you are going to do the HCG Diet - When you tell your friends and family that you are going to start the diet, it will help you to go through with it. Plus it's a lot easier when have people supporting you.
       
    3. Pick a start date and stick to it - If you have an actual date to look forward to, you are more mentally prepared for what is to come.

    Another thing I'd like to mention is that you can join a online group or forum for hcg dieters. The support and sharing from other dieters can keep your momentum and push you to move.
