Day 13 On The HCG Diet

We Are Now On Day Thirteen Of Suzy's HCG Diet Journey. For her 13th day on the HCG Diet my wife did great, she had lost 1 1/2 pounds this morning when she weighed herself. So far, for her the hardest part of the HCG Diet , is not being able to eat the same thing that everyone else is eating. Cooking for our 2 kids and myself is definitely hard for her, so I try to cook as often as possible. However, my cooking does not compare to my wife's, not at all. Today we had a birthday party that we attended for my wife's nephew, she had to bring her own food to the party. Her HCG Diet Menu Consisted Of: Breakfast: Coffee with Milk and Stevia  Lunch: 100 Grams of Fish Green Salad An Apple Dinner: 100 Grams of Shrimp Celery Strawberries Melba Toast As I have mentioned before, Suzy will usually only eat 1 Melba Toast/Grissini Breadstick a day. Day 8 Of The HCG Diet

Today is my wife's 8th day on the HCG Diet. She has been on the diet 2 times before. For a change she did 3 " Gorge Days " instead of only 1 or 2. Things have been going good, she lost 1 pound today for the past 2 days now, and like I've mentioned before, you are doing great if you're losing about a pound a day on the HCG Diet . For Her Meals Today She Had... Breakfast Coffee with Milk and Stevia   Lunch 100 Grams of Fish Spinach Strawberries   Dinner 100 Grams of Chicken Tomatoes Melba Toast 1/2 Grapefruit I am very proud of her because I know how hard the HCG Diet is, and she has been doing great. 6th Day On The HCG Diet

Today is my wife's sixth day on the HCG Diet . This is her 3rd round of the HCG Hormone Injections. So far, Suzy has been doing a great job, she has been sticking to the HCG Diet Protocol faithfully. When she weighed herself this morning, she had lost another 2 pounds. That is a total of 7 pounds for the first 2 days of the HCG 500 Calorie Diet . ( Not Counting Her 3 Gorge Days )  Today She Has Eaten     Breakfast: Coffee with 1 Tablespoon of Milk and Stevia   Lunch: 100 Grams of White Fish Spinach Strawberries Melba Toast   Dinner: 100 Grams of Crabd Cabbage 1/2 Grapefruit 1 Grissino Breadstick For some reason this round of the HCG Diet, seems to be a little bit easier than the last.
