HCG Garlic Lemon Shrimp

  • Do you like shrimp? If you do - you are going to love this Phase 2 recipe that I have found for you today...

    HCG Garlic Lemon Shrimp

    You will need...

    • 2 Tbsp Broth
    • 1 Minced Garlic Clove
    • 1 Crumbled Melba Toast
    • 3 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
    • 100g Shrimp
    • 1/2 Lemon
    • 1 Pinch of Salt and Pepper

    Directions:
    • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
       
    • Mix together in medium bowl - Broth, Garlic, Melba Toast and Parsley.
       
    • Lay shrimp down flat on a baking dish.
       
    • Top with Melba Toast and Garlic mixture.
       
    • Season with salt and pepper.
       
    • Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
       
    Serving Suggestions: 
    • Remove from oven and squeeze lemon juice over the top of the shrimp right before serving.
