It's Been One Week Of Steady Weight Loss! In my last post I announced that Suzy is now on her fourth, and most likely her final round of HCG Injections. Well, it has been an entire week of being on the diet and I am happy to say that she is doing great. In fact, she has steadily been losing about 1 pound per day since starting. And everything else is going according to plan as well - We have even been taking the kids on a walk every evening to the local park, which is approximately 1 mile from our house. Contrary to popular belief, a little bit of exercise can be good for you while on the VLCD. But there is one thing that I have noticed this time around that was not too bad during the other rounds, and that is Suzy's level of irritability.
