Those of you that like a little challenge, check this out...

For some people, doing the HCG Diet can be difficult - For others it's a walk in the park. But either way sometimes a little motivation can help us do better.

So yesterday, as I was writing about the HCG Diet Exercising Myth, I thought of a great way to help all of you lose even more weight - With a challenge!

This is what I had in mind...

HCG Diet Challenge

For those of you that want to participate, I challenge you to add some sort of exercise to your daily routine. It doesn't have to be anything too strenuous, just something simple for about 20 to 25 minutes per day.

  • Here are just a few ideas...
     
  • Walking
  • Yoga
  • Rollerblading
  • Jogging
  • Swimming
  • Bike Riding
  • Playing sports
  • Or anything else that you are comfortable with -

Like I had said yesterday, many people believed that exercising on the HCG Diet was prohibited. But in reality, adding exercise to your daily routine is not only allowed, but it can actually help you to speed up your weight loss.
