In one of my last posts I wrote about the importance of properly loading -- Well, today I wanted to give you a good example of what you should be eating on your Gorge Days. I came across a great article in one of my many different HCG Manuals that I own. The article goes in to fairly good detail about what types of foods to eat on your 2 Gorge Days. This inspired me to do the same type of thing - So I went ahead and put together a sample Load Day for you. Here is a good example of what one of your Gorge Days might look like. What To Eat On Your Gorge Days: Sample Load Day Breakfast: A Cream cheese bagel with bacon and sausage, and a ham/cheese omelet.
