HCG Diet: What To Eat On Your Gorge Days

Want A Little Help With What To Eat On Your Load Days? In one of my last posts I wrote about the importance of properly loading -- Well, today I wanted to give you a good example of what you should be eating on your Gorge Days. I came across a great article in one of my many different HCG Manuals that I own. The article goes in to fairly good detail about what types of foods to eat on your 2 Gorge Days. This inspired me to do the same type of thing - So I went ahead and put together a sample Load Day for you. Here is a good example of what one of your Gorge Days might look like. This is a Phase 2 Recipe that can be changed up a little to make a delicious Phase 3 Recipe... On or off of the HCG 500 Calorie Diet , lettuce wraps are one of my favorite dishes to make. After The 500 Calorie Diet

So you're done with the 500 Calorie Diet, now what? After the 500 Calorie Diet and the HCG Hormone Drops, Injections or Pellets stop, some might say that it's time to live it up and eat anything you'd like. Well, I hate to be the one to tell you this, but those people are wrong. Even though for the most part you are free to eat what you'd like when you get hungry, there are still certain things that you need stay away from. Knowing what you should and should not do, could be the difference between failure and success. So what does come after the 500 Calorie Diet? Maintenance: 1. Weigh yourself daily. 2. Monitor what you eat, but don't count calories. 3. Don't eat any sugars or starches for the first 3 weeks. 4. Then slowly introduce sugars and starches for the 3 weeks after that. 5. HCG Garlic Lemon Shrimp

This HCG Garlic Lemon Shrimp is better than what Red Lobster serves up in their restaurant! Do you like shrimp? If you do you are going to love this Phase 2 recipe that I have found for you today... HCG Garlic Lemon Shrimp You will need... 2 Tbsp Broth 1 Minced Garlic Clove 1 Crumbled Melba Toast 3 Tbsp Chopped Parsley 100g Shrimp 1/2 Lemon 1 Pinch of Salt and Pepper Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees.   Mix together in medium bowl - Broth, Garlic, Melba Toast and Parsley.   Lay shrimp down flat on a baking dish.   Top with Melba Toast and Garlic mixture.   Season with salt and pepper.   Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.   Serving Suggestions:   Remove from oven and squeeze lemon juice over the top of the shrimp right before serving. HCG Tuna Salad

Do you like Tuna Salad? Then you are going to love this recipe - it's Tuna Salad for the HCG Diet . This is for all of you that are on Phase 3 of the HCG Weight Loss Diet . Tuna Salad Here's what you'll need... 1 Can Light Tuna (6 oz.)   2 Tablespoons - Cottage Cheese   2 Boiled Egg Whites (Chopped)   3 Tablespoons - Diced Dill Pickle   1 Tablespoon - Dill Pickle Juice   3 Tablespoons - Diced Tomato Directions: Lightly mix together with a fork the 6 oz. Can of Light Tuna , Cottage Cheese , Chopped Egg Whites , Diced Dill Pickle , and the Dill Pickle Juice . Serving Suggestion:   Serve on a large leaf of Romain Lettuce , topped with the Diced Tomato . This will make 2 servings. The HCG 500 Calorie Diet

Come find out which foods are okay to eat on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Plan... After you have completed your HCG Diet Gorge Days , it's time to get started on the 500 Calorie Diet. But remember, this is a very specific and complex diet plan, so you need to be sure that you follow it to the letter. What To Do After The HCG Injections Stop

So, you're done with the hCG Injections, now what? What you do after the hCG Hormone Injections is almost as important as doing the HCG Diet itself. No matter how long you decide to do the hormone injections fo r, ( The minimum is 23 injections ) you must continue to do the 500 Calorie Diet for at least 3 days after your last injection. This gives the hCG Hormone enough tim e to work itself out of your body. If you don't wait until all of the hCG is eliminated from your body and you start eating normal foods again, this will cause you to start gaining weight right away. After the hCG is completely out of your system, you will start the "Maintenance Phase" of the diet. At least this is what Kevin Trudeau calls it in his book, " The Weight Loss Cure “They” Don’t Want You to Know About ". Have you experienced any side effects on the HCG Diet? As most of you already know, there are only a few side-effects related to the HCG Low Calorie Diet . But of coarse they do exist. HCG Diet Update

Check Out How Suzy's HCG Diet Journey Is Going So Far! Currently my wife Suzy is doing her 3rd round of the HCG Hormone Injections. But for the past couple of days she has been on a "Plateau". This is because she has temporarily stopped the Hormone Injections until after her menstrual cycle. As I mentioned in my previous post, she is still using the HCG 500 Calorie Diet, as the protocol states, but she is just not using the hormone injections. ( Click Here to read my last post) Up until this point, Suzy has lost about 20 pounds. This puts her right on track because she still has 14 days left of the HCG Hormone Injections. HCG Diet Salsa

HCG Diet Salsa is one recipe that anyone can make. Yesterday I gave you a recipe for Crispy Spinach Chips , and I promised that today I would tell you about a great recipe for salsa . I always like to be a man of my word - So here it is! HCG Diet Salsa Here's what you'll need... - 1 Large Tomato, Diced  - 1/8 teaspoon- Sea Salt - 1/8 teaspoon- Chile Powder - 1 teaspoon- Cilantro - Freshly Squeezed Juice Of 1/2 lemon   Directions: Take and hand mix these ingredients together in a bowl. Then cover and place in the refridgerator for about 5 hours.   One of my favorite things to eat is chips and salsa. Walking On The HCG Diet

Although you are not required to exercise while on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet with Hormone Injections, doesn't mean that you shouldn't get a little exercise now and then . I would recommend walking just a little bit everyday . Even if your not walking long distances, it gets you into a good routine to take a short walk around the block each day. You are going to feel a lot better too. When we do things that are good for ourselves, we naturally feel better afterwards. I hope your diet is going well. Here is a simple to follow tip that will help you stay on track for hitting your target weight. Today, Daniell, who is one of mine and Suzy's good friends, shared a great tip with me that she has been using since starting the HCG Low Calorie Diet about 1 week ago. What she's been doing is, she tries to keep the same eating routine every single day. So whether she's at work or has the day off, she will try to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the same times everyday. Then during the days when she is not working, she will keep herself busy by doing house-work, going shopping, or just going to visit friends. What Is An Apple Day?

Want to know more about doing an HCG Diet Apple Day? While on the HCG Low Calorie Diet, you will most likely have a couple of days that you won't lose any weight. The good news is that there is something you can do about it. However, you should still be mentally prepared for the one or two days that you don't. This way you won't be completely shocked if and when the scale doesn't move. Now if you do have a 24 to 48 hour period where you don't lose any weight, you can do an HCG Diet Apple Day. What Is An Apple Day? An Apple Day is when you only eat 6 apples throughout the entire day in place of eating your regular meals. You can still drink water, but not as much as you normally would during the day. What I recommend doing is to eat a large apple in place of each meal. Days 1 and 2 Of The HCG Diet

Do you know what to do for your HCG Diet Gorge Days? Now that we have covered some of the tips and tricks to use when you get started on the HCG Low Calorie Diet , I have decided to go through the diet over the next couple of posts.  Days 1 and 2 of the HCG Diet are going to be your forced gorging days . So what this means is that you will be eating as much high calorie and fatty foods as possible. Take this opportunity to eat all of the foods that you aren't allowed to eat while on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet. This will also be the first 2 days of your of your low dose hormone injections. Would you like to know what is safe to eat on the HCG Diet Plan? The HCG 500 Calorie Diet is a very strict diet.
