Let's Talk About Cleaning Your Colon!

Although it is not something that you are required to do before starting the HCG Low Calorie Diet, a lot of people who have successfully completed a cleanse, say it is something that they would recommend.

If you have a week or two before you start the HCG 500 Calorie Diet with Hormone Injections, a colon cleanse is probably a good idea. It could actually help you to lose a couple of extra pounds too! Cleaning out all of that excess waste that gets build up inside of your colon can only be good for you.
