The goal is to stay within 2 pounds of your weight as of your last injection day. If you do gain more than 2 pounds, even if it's only a couple of ounces, you should do a " Steak Day ". Skip breakfast.   Drink lots of water throughout the day.   Nibble small amounts of protein during the day when you are hungry.   For lunch: Eat a small chicken breast and a small salad.   For dinner: Eat a small steak and a small salad.
