HCG Oriental Lettuce Wraps

HCG Oriental Lettuce Wraps:

Here is what you'll need...
  • 100 grams - For Phase 2 - use Lean Ground Beef with 1 pinch of Chile Powder - (For Phase 3 use Ground Turkey and no Chile Powder)
  • 2 - Celery Stalks (Finely Diced)
  • 1 Clove - Minced Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon - Onion (Minced)
  • 1 teaspoon - Ginger (Minced)
  • 1 Pinch - Sea Salt
  • Iceberg Lettuce

Directions: 

Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium sauce-pan and sauté. Then serve wrapped up in whole lettuce leafs. (I use Iceberg Lettuce)

Important Note:

My wife and I tried using several different foods that we thought would be okay to use during Phase 2 - Ground Turkey was one of them. We didn't have any problems with our weight loss when we did this.

However, it's NOT something that you would want to regularly eat on the 500 Calorie Diet.

But if you want to mix things up a little bit throughout the coarse of 1 round, you might try using Ground Turkey in this HCG Recipe during Phase 2. (I know we are naughty and rebellious).

Although, if you are already having trouble losing weight on the HCG Diet, I probably wouldn't recommend doing this.

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow.
