The HCG 500 Calorie Diet Vs. 800 Calorie Diet Protocol! Back in early 2011 we posted a couple of videos regarding the 800 Calorie Diet Menu. At that time the 800 Protocol was still fairly new, and it sure sounded like a great idea.
