When To Start Your HCG Diet Plan - Throwback Thursday

Throwback Thursday Shows You The Best Time To Start Your HCG Diet Journey! In a few months my blog will be turning 3 years old, and in blog years that's saying a lot. I like to think of a blog's aging process similar to how a dog ages - Every human calendar year is considered to be 7 dog years. I think a blog is basically the same. The reason I say that is most blogs don't live to be very old. I have found that a lot of blog owners will have their blog put to sleep after 1 or 2 years if they don't feel like it's a big success - And unfortunately with millions and millions of blogs in the blogosphere the majority of them are not successful. But I am very proud when I tell you that HCG 411 has been a pretty big success thus far; and over the past few years I have done a lot of writing. For the first two years I was posting one article almost every single day. This has been really helpful for people who are searching for information regarding the HCG diet ......

Feeling Overly Emotional On The HCG Diet?

Are You Feeling A Bit More Emotional Since Starting The HCG Diet? For some people a lot of things can change while taking the HCG Hormone. Not just physical changes, but your energy level and moods as well. Also, the more rounds of the diet that you do can make the changes become more apparent. One major thing that I've noticed since Suzy began her fourth round of the HCG Diet, approximately 1 week ago, is that she has been overly emotional and stressed out ... One day she is as sweet as can be, then the next she acts like she literally wants to kill me. And although she's had mood swings during the other three rounds, it has never been this obvious. The good news is she does recognize that her emotions are a little out of control mainly because of the diet, and not anything that I'm doing specifically. But is it normal to be overly sensitive and emotional while on the HCG Diet? Sure it is ... after all you are introducing a hormone into your body that mimics preg...

The Best Time To Begin The HCG Diet

When Is The Best Time To Start Your HCG Diet Journey? Depending on who you ask, you are likely to get more than one answer -- And unfortunately, that seems to be a common theme with most diets. That's because everyone has their own opinion about what works and what doesn't, and they all think that their answer is the right one. But the truth is that all of the answers you get about when to start the diet are in one way or another right. Because the fact of the matter is there's really no right or wrong time to begin. For instance, if you only have 19 or 20 pounds to drop before hitting your target weight and your main goal is to look good for swimsuit season, then you may want to consider starting the diet during the month of March or April. This should give you plenty of time to lose the weight and begin a workout regimen to get your body nice and toned -- And although doing a workout program is completely optional, a lot of people find that after reaching t...

Moving On To Phase 3 Maintenance

It's Been A Good Round But It Is Time To Move On! Last month I told you about Suzy doing yet another round of the HCG Diet . After the birth of our baby Jaxson, she couldn't stand packing around those extra pounds -- So naturally she decided to order some HCG and begin the diet. Well Suzy and I are happy to say that Phase 2 was a success. In just a short 23 day round she was able to lose a whopping 22 pounds; that's almost a pound a day. However, during the second week of the 500 Calorie Diet, Suzy ended up hitting a small speed-bump. In other words she was sitting on a plateau for roughly 48 hours. The good news is that she had a few really good days which helped keep her average weight loss at close to 1 pound per day. For a woman this is great. That's because it is more common for a man to lose a pound or more everyday -- For women, it is more common to see 1/2 to 1 pound of weight loss per day. But now that she has completed the VLCD, do you know w...

HCG Diet Journey Update

It's Been One Week Of Steady Weight Loss! In my last post I announced that Suzy is now on her fourth, and most likely her final round of HCG Injections. Well, it has been an entire week of being on the diet and I am happy to say that she is doing great. In fact, she has steadily been losing about 1 pound per day since starting. And everything else is going according to plan as well - We have even been taking the kids on a walk every evening to the local park, which is approximately 1 mile from our house. Contrary to popular belief, a little bit of exercise can be good for you while on the VLCD. But there is one thing that I have noticed this time around that was not too bad during the other rounds, and that is Suzy's level of irritability. For one reason or another Suzy seems to have a lot less patience this time around. Personally, I think it's because the kids are out of school for the summer and she is home with them all day during the week. So I try t...

Sharing Your HCG Knowledge

Are You Doing Your Part To Help Other HCG Dieters? Most people who decide to do the HCG Diet, usually end up gaining a wealth of knowledge on the topic. In fact, this is the reason that I decided to start an HCG Blog in the first place. Basically, when Suzy and I did the HCG Diet a few years ago, we had a difficult time finding any good information online. But after reading " Pounds and Inches " and learning all that we could about it, we finally made the decision to do the diet. After experiencing such great success, we decided to create the HCG 411 Blog. We wanted to have a place where people could go to get information and help with the HCG Weight Loss Diet. This is also why we added the HCG 411 Forum to our blog as well. However, there are still a lot of people out there that need help; the type of help they can only get from an HCG Diet Buddy . The problem is most people don't think that they have much advice to offer other HCG Dieters - But just bei...
