Moving On To Phase 3 Maintenance

It's Been A Good Round But It Is Time To Move On!

Last month I told you about Suzy doing yet another round of the HCG Diet.

After the birth of our baby Jaxson, she couldn't stand packing around those extra pounds -- So naturally she decided to order some HCG and begin the diet.

Well Suzy and I are happy to say that Phase 2 was a success. In just a short 23 day round she was able to lose a whopping 22 pounds; that's almost a pound a day.

However, during the second week of the 500 Calorie Diet, Suzy ended up hitting a small speed-bump. In other words she was sitting on a plateau for roughly 48 hours.

The good news is that she had a few really good days which helped keep her average weight loss at close to 1 pound per day.

For a woman this is great. That's because it is more common for a man to lose a pound or more everyday -- For women, it is more common to see 1/2 to 1 pound of weight loss per day.

But now that she has completed the VLCD, do you know what comes next?

That's correct - She is now moving on to phase 3, otherwise known as the Maintenance Phase.

This of coarse is probably one of the most crucial parts diet ... Do it right and you will likely keep the weight off for good ... Do it wrong and you will probably be doing another round.

It is important to remember that during this phase you need to be mindful of your portion sizes. Also, during the Maintenance phase the Steak Day is key to keeping you at your target weight.

Now be sure to check back from time to time, as I will be keeping you up to date on her progress.

So lets all wish her luck as she enters the next phase of her HCG Diet Journey.

How many rounds of the HCG Diet have you completed?

As always, I would love to hear what you think - So please be sure to tell me your thoughts in a comment below.
