    Well today, I have a great Phase 2 Recipe that will allow you to do just that. It's called...

    HCG Diet Apple Chicken Salad

    Here are the ingredients that you will need...

    • 100 grams - Chicken cut into Cubes
    • 3 - Celery Stalks Diced
    • 1 whole apple 
    • 3 Tablespoons - Lemon Juice
    • 1/8 Teaspoon - Cinnamon
    • 1 pinch of - Nutmeg
    • 1 pinch of - Sea Salt

    Directions:


    1. Cook your chicken and cut it into cubes.
    2. Dice up your 3 celery stalks and your apple.
    3. Add the chicken, celery, and apple into a bowl.
    4. Now add in your lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt.
    5. Then mix everything together and enjoy. 
    Serving Suggestion:

    If you would like, you can crush up your Melba Toast/Grissini Breadstick and mix that in also.
