HCG Diet Chicken Soup

I have a great Phase 2 Recipe for soup for you today. I thought since I had been giving you so many great recipes for chicken , that I would just keep it going with... HCG Diet Chicken Soup Here's what you'll need... 100 grams - Chicken Breast - Cut Into Cubes  1 1/2 cups - Chopped Celery  1 cup - Chicken Broth  1 cup - Water  1 Tablespoon - Minced Onion  1 clove - Garlic Minced 1 Bay Leaf A Pinch - Cayenne Pepper  A Pinch - Salt Directions: Bring chicken stock to a boil. Add onion, garlic, and spices. Add chicken and vegetables. Simmer on low heat until chicken and celery are tender and fully cooked. HCG Garlic Lemon Shrimp

This HCG Garlic Lemon Shrimp is better than what Red Lobster serves up in their restaurant! Do you like shrimp? If you do you are going to love this Phase 2 recipe that I have found for you today... HCG Garlic Lemon Shrimp You will need... 2 Tbsp Broth 1 Minced Garlic Clove 1 Crumbled Melba Toast 3 Tbsp Chopped Parsley 100g Shrimp 1/2 Lemon 1 Pinch of Salt and Pepper Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees.   Mix together in medium bowl - Broth, Garlic, Melba Toast and Parsley.   Lay shrimp down flat on a baking dish.   Top with Melba Toast and Garlic mixture.   Season with salt and pepper.   Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.   Serving Suggestions:   Remove from oven and squeeze lemon juice over the top of the shrimp right before serving.
