The 500 Or 800 Calorie HCG Diet Protocol?

The HCG 500 Calorie Diet Vs. 800 Calorie Diet Protocol!

800 ProtocolBack in early 2011 we posted a couple of videos regarding the 800 Calorie Diet Menu. At that time the 800 Protocol was still fairly new, and it sure sounded like a great idea.

Imagine doing the traditional HCG Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) but with a little more food and actually being able to eat breakfast. It is also said that you can lose almost the same amount of weight per day as the original protocol.

I mean who in their right mind wouldn't choose the 800 over the 500 daily calories. Seriously, if given the choice, what overweight person would say nah, I think I'll just take the 500 Calorie Diet Plan.

After doing a bit of research though, it seems that there are a couple of different reasons that more people aren't embracing the 800 Calorie Diet Protocol.

So Why Aren't More People Using The 800 Calorie Diet Plan?

Honestly, I think most people who use the HCG Diet, know nothing about the 800 Calorie Version. For one, I don't believe that a lot of HCG Clinics offer their patients the option between the 800 or 500 Calorie Plan.

Not only that, but the majority of people who use the HCG Diet, spend a lot of money to do it. Which means they want to make sure that they are doing it the right way and because the diet was originally created with a 500 Calorie per day menu, that is what people feel works.

Which HCG Diet Protocol Should You Use, The 500 or 800 Calorie Menu?

Well, I have come to find out that the majority of places that recommend to use the higher calorie protocols, like the 800 or even the 1,000 menu, yes I said 1,000 calories, there is even a protocol that basically doubles the original amount of food, and that is the Homeopathic HCG Companies; which we have been discussing a lot lately on this blog.

If you ask me, it's because these companies know how dangerous it is for people to use their product, which contains virtually zero HCG, while eating only 500 Calories per day.

Of course this is why I always recommend using the Real HCG Hormone Shots, Drops or Pellets. And if you are using Pharmaceutical HCG you should have no problem at all using the 500 Calorie Protocol. Obviously you will lose more weight with the smaller calorie plan. It really sounds scarier than it really is.

However, if you are one of the many people who still insist on using the "not so real" Homeopathic HCG, then without a doubt I would urge you to use the 800 or 1,000 Calorie Diet Plan.

Either way, Real HCG or not, I wish you all the best of luck on your HCG Weight Loss Journeys!

Let's Review What We Have Just Learned:

  • 800 and 1,000 Calories Protocols do exist.
  • If you are using Homeopathic HCG, I would strongly recommend using the higher calorie diet plans.
  • I always like to suggest that people use Real HCG.
  • If you take my advice and use Pharmaceutical HCG, you should be fine using the 500 Calorie Protocol.
  • Whether you use the Real or Not so Real HCG, I try to help everyone just the same.

Would you like to use a higher calorie HCG Protocol if you could?

HCG Diet Dangers

HCG Diet Dangers - Are there any? And if so, what are they? So what are the dangers associate with the HCG Diet? If you were to Google the term " HCG Diet Dangers ", you would get a bunch of sites trying to sell you something related to the HCG Diet. A lot of the websites that you will run into trying to find the answer to this question, are nothing more than marketers using fear tactics to get you to buy their product. So try not to get pulled in by this sort of thing. The truth is there are some HCG Diet Dangers, but they're probably not as bad as you think. In fact, some of them are human errors that make this method of weight loss the most dangerous. I'm talking about things like getting an infection from not cleaning your syringe. While getting an infection from a syringe is a danger that is associated with the HCG Diet, it is a mistake that a human makes that causes it. Therefore, the danger can be eliminated if you can only remember to use alcohol pads

What To Watch Out For When Starting Phase 3

During The First Half Of Phase 3 You Should Really Be Careful Of This... When Phase 2 of the HCG Diet is coming to an end, you are instructed by the Protocol to stop using the HCG Hormone, but you should still continue on with the 500 Calorie Diet for an additional 3 days. This is so that the HCG Hormone has a little bit of time to work its way out of your system. Otherwise, if you just simply started eating a higher amount of calories with the HCG still in your body, it could possibly cause you to gain. That is why cheating on the HCG Diet, even just a little bit, can be a huge issue. But even after those three days of not taking HCG, you still need to be cautious going into Phase 3 Maintenance. The Main Thing To Watch Out For When Starting Phase 3: The most important thing you should be watching out for during the first half of P3 is simply the foods you eat. I know, you already knew this right. But really, even though most people know to stay far away from sugars and st

How To Mix Your HCG Injections

If Your Interested In Knowing The Proper Way To Mix Your HCG Injections, Take A Look At The Video Below... In the past I have been asked for a more detailed explanation on how to mix your HCG for injections. So when I came across this video today on You Tube I just had to share with you. You'll see in this video how to mix 5000IU of HCG. But be sure to pay close attention to the little notes that pop up throughout the video. These notes will tell you how much you will need to inject for your exact dose. Mixing Instructions For HCG Injections If you plan on doing one round of 40 HCG Shots , it would be a good idea to get two 5000IU vials of the HCG Hormone rather than one 10000IU vial. Then, when the first 5000IU runs out you would simply mix the second. This way you will ensure that your HCG stays fresh for the full 40 days. However, if you do it this way you will most likely have a little bit of liquid HCG left over when your round is complete. But it's better to h
