Is there an alternative for an HCG Diet Steak Day?
During the Maintenance Phase of the HCG Diet, you should still be weighing yourself on a daily basis. The goal is to stay within 2 pounds of your weight as of your last injection day. If you do gain more than 2 pounds, even if it's only a couple of ounces, you should do a "Steak Day".
However, some people are not too fond of these steak days. So, what can we do?

To perform an HCG Diet Protein Day, you will need to...
- Skip breakfast.
- Drink lots of water throughout the day.
- Nibble small amounts of protein during the day when you are hungry.
- For lunch: Eat a small chicken breast and a small salad.
- For dinner: Eat a small steak and a small salad.
Within 24 hours of performing a protein day, you should lose 1 to 3 pounds; which will put you back to your ending weight.
