HCG Dieting Tip

Here is a simple to follow tip that will help you stay on track for hitting your target weight.

Today, Daniell, who is one of mine and Suzy's good friends, shared a great tip with me that she has been using since starting the HCG Low Calorie Diet about 1 week ago.

What she's been doing is, she tries to keep the same eating routine every single day.

So whether she's at work or has the day off, she will try to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the same times everyday.

Then during the days when she is not working, she will keep herself busy by doing house-work, going shopping, or just going to visit friends.

The reason that I think this is such a great tip is because even though the HCG Hormone injection is supposed to help you to feel less hungry, the habit of wanting to eat when we are bored is still there. However, it's very important to our health and to this diet that we don't act on it.

So if we can get our bodies and minds used to a different routine, it will make the diet that much easier to do.
