HCG Diet Apple Chicken Salad

Here are the ingredients that you will need...

  • 100 grams - Chicken cut into Cubes
  • 3 - Celery Stalks Diced
  • 1 whole apple 
  • 3 Tablespoons - Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 Teaspoon - Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of - Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of - Sea Salt

Directions:


  1. Cook your chicken and cut it into cubes.
  2. Dice up your 3 celery stalks and your apple.
  3. Add the chicken, celery, and apple into a bowl.
  4. Now add in your lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt.
  5. Then mix everything together and enjoy. 
Serving Suggestion:

If you would like, you can crush up your Melba Toast/Grissini Breadstick and mix that in also.

Time to make some HCG Diet Shredded Chicken Lettuce Wraps! For me one of the hardest parts of making it through Phase 2 of the HCG Diet Plan was coming up with new and creative ways to prepare my food. However, sometimes I would come across a recipe that would make me forget that I was dieting altogether. One delicious recipe that I found myself cooking up time and time again is these Phase 2 Approved Shredded Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Here's how it's done... HCG Diet Chicken Lettuce Wraps Ingredients: 1 00 grams - Chicken Breast (Cooked and Shredded) 1/4 cup water 1 teaspoon - Onion Powder 1/2 clove - Garlic 1/8 teaspoon - Oregano 1 pinch - Cayenne Pepper 1 pinch - Cumin A bit of Cilantro (Finely Chopped) Iceberg Lettuce Leaves Cooking your chicken: In a medium size cooking pot cover chicken breasts with cold water.
