HCG 500 Calorie Diet Breakdown

Would you like to know what is safe to eat on the HCG Diet Plan?

The HCG 500 Calorie Diet is a very strict diet. To lose weight successfully using the diet, you need to know exactly what you CAN and CANNOT eat.

Below I have listed everything that is okay to eat on the HCG Diet.

Breakdown of the HCG 500 Calorie Diet:

Here is everything that you are allowed to have on the HCG Diet...

  • For Breakfast:

You can have coffee or tea NO SUGAR! Only use 1 tablespoon of milk within a 24 hour period. Stevia can be used instead of sugar.

  • For Lunch:

100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or even shrimp. Before you cook your meat, you must remove all of the fat. Weigh the meat raw. You can choose to either broil or grill your meat.

For your vegetables you can choose 1 of these: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.

One Grissini breadstick or Melba toast.

Then you can have either an apple, orange, a couple of strawberries, or one half of a grapefruit!

  • For Dinner:

Your choices for dinner are exactly the same as lunch.
Just be sure that you DO NOT eat the same veggies, fruit, or meat for dinner that you had for lunch, as discussed here in the Rotating Your Fruits And Vegetables post.

To experience the greatest amount of weight loss, you need to follow the 500 Calorie Diet to the letter. So be sure to bookmark this page and come back anytime you need to refresh your memory.
