What Is An Apple Day?

ApplesWhile on the HCG Low Calorie Diet, you will most likely have a couple of days that you won't lose any weight. The good news is that there is something you can do about it.

However, you should still be mentally prepared for the one or two days that you don't. This way you won't be completely shocked if and when the scale doesn't move.

Now if you do have a 24 to 48 hour period where you don't lose any weight, you can do an HCG Diet Apple Day.

What Is An Apple Day?

An Apple Day is when you only eat 6 apples throughout the entire day in place of eating your regular meals.

You can still drink water, but not as much as you normally would during the day.

What I recommend doing is to eat a large apple in place of each meal. Then in between your normal eating times if you find yourself getting hungry, simply have another apple.

Keep in mind, Apple Days are psychological as well. So be sure to have a positive attitude and think positive thoughts. Do this right and within no time at all you should be back on track to hitting your target weight.

  3. I had a TERRIBLE day yesterday! I nibbled on chocs...had fatty grilled chicken....olive oil in my salad.....and even a few hand fulls of caramel pop corn!!! OH! ANd a big slice of Brie cheese!!!

    I dont know what came over me! After 10 days and extreme boredom, I had an out of body experience!

    NOW WHAT! HAve I just messed up my 6 kilo wieght loss?!?!?!!? I am going to do Apple day now....punishment i guess but I am ready for it....

    Any advice or comments??
