Ranch For The HCG Diet

Have you been trying to find a good Ranch recipe for the HCG Diet?

Well, your not alone. Yesterday, one of my readers left a comment on another blog post asking about Ranch - Here's what they said...

"Hey Brian, I love your blog... I was looking around your site here and I couldn't find a recipe for "Ranch"

So whoever you are, thanks for leaving the comment - And yes I do have one... Here is your recipe for Ranch.


Ranch For The HCG Diet

Here's what you'll need...

  • 1 cup - Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • ½ packet - Light Ranch Dressing Powder
  • 1 pinch - Stevia
  • 1 pinch - Sea Salt
  • 1 cap full - Skim Milk (If you need to, you can add a little bit more)

Directions:
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix well - using an electric mixer or blender.
  3. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes.


    Note: You should use about 1 Tablespoon per serving.
