The original HCG 500 Calorie Diet is no doubt very specific. It consists of lunch and dinner, but no breakfast. You are allowed to have each of the following categories per meal...
  • 100 Grams of Protein
  • 100 Grams of Vegetables
  • 1 Grissini Breadstick or Melba Toast
  • 1 Fruit
In addition, Dr. Simeons HCG Weight Loss Protocol instructs you to drink 1/2 to 1 whole gallon of water per day.

You can also drink as much coffee and tea that you want - But you can only have 1 tablespoonful of milk in a 24 hour period.
