    In addition, Dr. Simeons HCG Weight Loss Protocol instructs you to drink 1/2 to 1 whole gallon of water per day.

    You can also drink as much coffee and tea that you want - But you can only have 1 tablespoonful of milk in a 24 hour period.

    I think that seeing the actual calories gives people a better understanding of the foods that are allowed on the HCG Weight Loss Diet Program.

    But it's important to keep in mind that if you are sticking to the HCG Diet Food Plan, there is really no reason to count the calories.
