    Today I have an easy to make HCG Recipe for Phase 2 - It's for HCG Cream Of Chicken Soup.

    This is a delicious HCG version of the original that I think every soup lover will enjoy. So grab your ingredients and lets get cooking!

    HCG Cream Of Chicken Soup

    • 100 Grams - Cooked Chicken (Cut into cubes)
    • 2 Cloves - Garlic
    • 1 1/2 Cups - Chicken Broth
    • 1 Tablespoon - Dehydrated Minced Onion
    • Celery (Allowed amount for 1 serving)
    • 1/2 teaspoon - Basil
    • 1/2 teaspoon - Parsley
    • 1 Pinch - Sea Salt
    • 1 Pinch - Black Pepper

    Directions:

    1. Place all of your ingredients into a Food Processor/Blender and "pulse" until it reaches your desired consistency.
       
    2. Pour into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
       
    3. Reduce heat to a simmer, then cover and heat for an additional 25 to 30 minutes.
       
    4. Serve and enjoy!

    Serving Suggestion:

    I like to crush my Melba Toast/Grissini Breadstick and place it into the soup.
