HCG Apple Cucumber Salad

How Does A Delicious Salad Sound?

Having the right recipes can sometimes mean the difference between success and failure for HCG Diet users.

So to help push you more in the direction of success, I wanted to give you all another tasty HCG Recipe for Phase 2 today. It's called HCG Apple Cucumber Salad - It's a little bit different, but that's what I like about it.

Keep in mind, this recipe will count for your fruit and vegetable servings for 1 meal.

HCG Apple Cucumber Salad

1/2 - Apple (Chopped)
1 - Cucumber (Sliced)
2 Tablespoon - Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon - Water

Lettuce
1 Pinch - Sea Salt
1 Pinch - Black Pepper



Directions:

  1. Combine vinegar and water.
  2. Mix with lettuce.
  3. Add in all the other ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
That's it - Enjoy!
