Is It Easier To Pack A Lunch For Work Everyday, Or Just Go Hungry?

Last night as I was about to make myself a lunch to take to work today, I thought this is such a pain, maybe I'll just skip lunch tomorrow and eat when I get off - So that's exactly what I did.

But is it a good idea to skip lunch if you are on the HCG Diet? 

I would say probably not. See, because you are on such a low calorie diet right now, every last one of those calories are important if you want to function at a normal level - Without them you are likely to feel exhausted and run down, which will make it difficult to perform even the simplest of tasks.

Most people find it much harder to concentrate when they are hungry. But this is especially true for people on the HCG VLCD. - Plus, without being able eat breakfast in the morning, lunch is going to be that much more important for you.

I found that even though I am not on the 500 calorie diet right now, I still had a tough time getting through the second half of the day today.

So although it may be a pain in the butt to have to pack a lunch everyday, in the end you are going to be glad that you did.
