HCG Diet Snack - Strawberry Fruit Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
- 4 Cups - Fresh Strawberries (De-stemmed and Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup - Water
- 1 Pinch - Stevia
Directions:
- Place chopped strawberries, water and stevia into a blender and puree.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with microwave safe plastic wrap.
- Pour your pureed strawberries onto the pan and spread it out. (About 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness)
- Pre-Heat oven to 135 degrees.
- Place the pan with your strawberry puree into the oven for about 8 to 12 hours - Roll-Ups are ready when they have a smooth non sticky surface.
- Some people like to leave the oven open just a small crack.
- After it cools, you should be able to easily peel it off of the plastic wrap.
