Check Out This Delicious HCG Seafood Recipe That We've Come Up With...

Today I wanted to share an HCG Recipe for Phase 2, that has a bit of a southern kick to it.

I like to call it...

HCG Shrimp Gumbo

Here's what you'll need...

  • 100 Grams - Shrimp
  • 1/2 Clove - Garlic (Chopped)
  • 1 Large - Tomato (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon - Onion Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon - Creole Seasoning
  • 1 Pinch - Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Pinch - Celery Salt

Directions:

  1. Saute Shrimp with Garlic until shrimp is nice and brown.
  2. Reduce heat and add in your Tomato, Onion Salt, Creole Seasoning, Cayenne Pepper and Celery Salt.
  3. Simmer all ingredients together for about 15 minutes, then serve.

That's it - You have now created a delicious southern shrimp gumbo - HCG Style! 

Note: Keep in mind that this recipe does count for your protein and vegetable.
