Another Dreaded HCG Side Effect

While the side effects of the HCG Diet may not be too serious, there are a few that can be quite annoying.

In fact, you may remember me talking about some of these annoying side effects in the past.

However, there's at least one HCG Side effect that we haven't really touched on here before, and that is...

Acne!

That's right, acne flare ups can be a common occurrence for people using the HCG Diet. And although it can be experienced by both male and female users of the diet, it is largely women who have to deal with this unfortunate side effect.

Now, because women produce large amounts of the HCG Hormone during pregnancy, you may notice that some HCG Side Effects are similar to what a woman might expect to experience while pregnant.

So What Can You Do About Your Acne Breakouts During The HCG Diet?

Unfortunately because these breakouts are likely due to the HCG Hormone being present in your body, there's not a whole lot you can really do about it.

Still, it is important that you keep your skin clean. So you will want to be sure to wash your face in the morning when you wake up, and at night before going to bed.

And remember, while you may be tempted to use some sort of acne treatment to treat your pimples, don't! The chemical ingredients found in a lot of these cleansers may compromise your weight loss.

Plus, because this side effect may be due to the HCG Hormone itself, acne treatments will most likely not even work. But don't worry, once the diet ends your skin should go right back to normal.
