If You Missed Anything This Past Week, Now Is A Great Time To Get Caught Up!

It's been 6 years since our last child was born, and I guess I forgot how hard it was to get everything ready.

We've been converting the play room into a nursery, shopping for baby furniture, picking out paint and buying baby cloths. But the hardest part of all is deciding on a name for the little guy.

The other day I mentioned how we are having a difficult time coming up with a name. But with all of suggestions that you all have been giving us, it will make our decision a lot easier. So thank you for all your help so far.

HCG Diet Steak Day

Are you wondering how to do an HCG Diet Steak Day? In yesterdays post, " What To Do After The HCG Injections Stop " we talked about the goal of the Maintenance Phase - Which of coarse is to stay within 2 pounds of what you weighed on your last injection day, or on the last day of taking your HCG Drops or Pellets. If you were to go more than 2 pounds over your ending weight, you could do an HCG Diet Steak Day. For me, doing one of these isn't a big deal - But that's probably because of the simple fact that I love steak. How To Do An HCG Diet Steak Day... HCG Diet Phase 2

If you don't know everything there is to know about Phase 2 of the HCG Diet, you need to keep reading... In my last post I gave you Phase 1 of the HCG Diet . And like I told you yesterday, the 1st phase of the diet is highly recommended.
