By A Show Of Hands, How Many Of You Just Eyeball The Weight Of Your Food?

Honestly, I really hope none of you are holding your hand in the air right now ... Not only because of the fact that I can't see you, but also because when it comes to weighing your food guesstimating should not even be an option.

The truth is if you are not weighing out your food it can compromise the entire diet. That's because the diet was specifically tailored around a strict 500 Calorie Protocol.

But does weighing your food really make a difference?
