Asian Cucumber Sesame Salad:
Here's what you'll need...
- Approximately 200 Grams Cucumber
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
- Small Handful of Sesame Seeds
Directions:
- Chop Cucumber into small chunks.
- Place Cucumber, Rice Vinegar, Garlic Powder and Dried Red Pepper Flakes into a food blender.
- Pulse a few times but not too much.
- Pour into a mixing bowl.
- Add in Sesame Seeds.
- Gently mix, then serve.
