Weighing Yourself Correctly

Are you weighing yourself correctly?

If you have decided to use the HCG 500 Calorie Diet, there are a lot of different things for you to remember. And weighing yourself is one of them.

Now it may not seem like a big deal, but knowing when and how often you should do it is key.

So I have listed a couple of helpful tips below to help you out.

2 Tips For Weighing Yourself:

  1. How Often You Should Weigh: Make sure that you are weighing yourself everyday. With this type of diet you want to know exactly where you're weight is at all times, because you are most likely going to be losing weight every single day.

  2. Weigh Yourself Every Morning: Try weighing yourself first thing in the morning, preferably after a bowel movement. Sometimes having a bowel movement can make the difference of 1 or 2 pounds. This is also the time of day when your weight is the most true. You don't want to be weighing yourself at night after you have been eating and drinking fluids all day long.
