When my brother did the HCG Weight Loss Diet, he came up with his own chili recipe. I think this is one that everybody will enjoy.

Here is what you'll need...
When my brother did the HCG Weight Loss Diet, he came up with his own chili recipe. I think this is one that everybody will enjoy.
HCG Approved Chili
Here is what you'll need...
100 grams of lean ground beef (Try to use the leanest beef possible)
1/2 diced tomato
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon cumin
1 cap full of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
a pinch of sea salt
a pinch of black pepper
Cooking Directions:
- Brown meat.
- Drain grease.
- Add tomato and seasonings.
- Cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Add water.
- Reduce heat and cover.
- Let simmer covered for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and eat.
NOTE: You can crush up your Grissini/Melba Toast and add it to the top of your Chili if you would like.
Now keep in mind, this is one of those recipes that you can adjust the seasonings to your liking.
