HCG Diet Lemonade

Want to know a great way to make HCG Diet approved Lemonade?

As part of the HCG Low Calorie Diet you are supposed to drink between 1/2 to 1 whole gallon of water per day.

But if you're like me and you really don't like to drink water, this will be one of the hardest parts of the HCG Weight Loss Diet.

However, my wife Suzy came up with a great way to help you drink a big part of your daily water goal.

Just simply use your 1 lemon that the HCG Protocol allows you to have each day, and make yourself some lemonade. This is how it's done...

HCG Diet Lemonade

  1. Take 1 whole lemon and microwave it for 10 to 15 seconds. (This will give you the maximum amount of juice from your lemon)
     
  2. Then, take it out, wash it, and cut your lemon in half.
     
  3. Next, squeeze as much pulp and juice from your lemon as possible into about 32 oz. of cold water.
     
  4. Last, use Stevia to sweeten. (I use about 4 to 5 packets)

    If you would like, you can do this again later the same day with the other half of your lemon. This is also a good tip to use when you're craving something sweet.
