How Important Is It To Weight Your Food On The HCG Diet?

Food ScaleAnyone who is on the HCG Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD), or anyone who has done the HCG Diet before, will tell you that weighing your food is a huge part of losing weight on the 500 calorie program.

It is so important for you to weigh your food thoroughly, because it's simply next to impossible to know exactly how much a piece of meat or fish weighs just by looking at it.

If there is one suggestion I can give to you first time HCG Dieters, it would be to weigh your food.

You have to do this, there is just no getting around it. Otherwise, your either going to be eating too much food which will keep you from hitting your target weight that much sooner, or your going to be hungry all of the time. You would be surprised the difference a couple of grams can make.

So what you NEED to do is go and pick yourself up a food scale. They are not hard to find either. I actually found one at Target for $5.00.

If you have the money I would recommend getting yourself a digital scale. However, you don't need to have a digital scale, a regular one works just fine.But the digital scales are extremely accurate, and accuracy is very important when it comes to the HCG Low Calorie Diet.

Always make sure that you cut the visible fat off of your meat serving before you weigh or cook it. These things will help you to reach your target weight goal a lot faster.
