The Crispy Spinach Chips for the HCG Diet, is probably one of the easiest foods that I have ever made. There is very little preparation that goes into making them.
Note: For this recipe it's best to use a food dehydrator. But if you don't have one that's okay.
A food dehydrator is a great appliance to have while on the HCG Diet. There is no limit to the different food creations that you can easily come up with. But this recipe is not only easy, it's also delicious.
Crispy Spinach Chips
Here's what you will need...
- 1 lb Bag of Spinach Greens
- A Pinch of Sea Salt
- Lemon Juice
Directions For Using A Food Dehydrator:
- Lay out 1 layer of Spinach Greens on your food dehydrator. Then sprinkle lemon juice on your Spinach Greens. After that, take a pinch of salt and sprinkle it on top of the Spinach Leaves. Last, dehydrate at 105'F until the chips are nice and crispy.
Directions For Using An Oven:
- If you don't have a food dehydrator, you can use your oven by following the same directions that are listed above. However, instead of using a food dehydrator, you just lay the Spinach Leaves flat on a cookie sheet. Then sprinkle them with lemon juice and salt. Last, place it in the oven at the lowest setting for only a few hours until they are nice and crispy.
Crispy Spinach Chips are great for the HCG Diet and even after you have reached your target weight. They also go great with some HCG Diet Salsa.
