Today's HCG Diet Tip, is great for saving yourself some time and energy.
What you want to do is each morning take out 2 different types of protein for the upcoming day and put them into the refrigerator to thaw. This way it will be all ready to go when you want to cook it.
Not to mention it will take even less time if you have a George Foreman Grill. Like we discussed in the George Foreman Grill For The HCG Diet post.
This tip will save you a lot of time when you want cut off your 100 grams for a meal. I don't know if you have ever tried, but working with frozen meat is a nightmare.
