While it is true that the HCG Diet doesn't allow you to eat a large variety of foods, there are a lot of different ways to prepare the food that it does allow you to have.
One of the things you can try that I have really enjoyed, is the HCG Diet Warm Cinnamon Apple.
I had never tried this until the other day when my wife, who had just started her second round of the HCG Hormone Injections, decided to make this and I was curious to see how it tasted.
The easiest way to prepare this is:
Take 1 whole apple.
Cut it in half.
Place both halves in the microwave or oven until warm.
Remove from the microwave or oven.
Sprinkle Cinnamon Flavored Stevia on it and enjoy.
That's the HCG Diet Warm Cinnamon Apple. It's really not that hard to make a regular old apple into a delecious treat that the whole family will love. The best part is that it's good for you too!
