HCG Hormone Injection Sites

For today's daily tip, I wanted to do a post on the most common places to inject yourself with the HCG Hormone. I have come across a lot of questions about this on the internet lately, so I wanted to make sure that it was something I did an entire post about.

When giving yourself your daily HCG Hormone injection, you have a few different options when it comes to picking an injection site.

The 3 most popular places are:
1. The upper leg or thigh area.
2. You can do it in your stomach on either side of your belly-button. (Not in your belly-button or on your waistline)
3. Your other option, is the back of your upper arms. Most people do not prefer to do it here, but for some it is less painful.

Make sure when you do your HCG Hormone injections, that your rotating which side of the body that you inject yourself on each day. Like we discussed in the HCG Hormone Injection Time Saver post.

I hope that all of you are doing well with your HCG Diet. If you ever have any questions or concerns about the HCG 500 Calorie Diet, please feel free to leave a comment with your email address and I will respond to it as soon as I can.
