HCG Diet Adjustment

Today I wanted to talk about an HCG Diet Adjustment that you can make.

For your first round of the HCG Diet, you should definitely stick to the HCG Diet Protocol exactly as it is written. You need to establish your own weight loss patterns before making any changes to the diet.

After you complete the first round of the HCG Diet, you will be a lot more familiar with how the diet works. You are also going to know how your body will work with the diet.

If you do not reach your target weight the first round and you decide to do a second, you might want to try making this little adjustment to see how well it helps you to lose weight.

For your second round of the HCG Diet with Hormone Injections, you should try cutting out the Grissini Bread/Melba Toast. A lot of people who have done this, have found that they lose weight much easier than people who leave it in their diet. You can still use the Grissini/Melba Toast to add a little bit of crunch to your meal. For example, you could use the Grissini/Melba Toast in some Chili, like I recommend doing in the HCG Approved Chili post.

I hope this little trick helps you to hit your target weight much sooner!

Please let me know what you think by leaving a comment. Thanks for reading, and until next time, good luck!

And as I was reading I thought, this would be a great topic for today's blog post. However I must warn you it's kind of long. Oh who am I kidding, it's very long. So make sure that you set aside a little bit of time to read it. Now while you are reading this article try to remember, Phase 1 is not something that everyone does - But if you do decide to do it you will likely experience greater success during Phase 2. So, even though this part of the diet is not required, it is highly recommended. Here it is right from Kevin Trudeau's HCG Weight Loss Cure Protocol -  Phase 1 of the HCG Diet - Preparation "Although this phase is not required, based on today's conditions, it is highly recommended. This phase consists of a series of dos and don'ts. It may be di...
