HCG Diet Adjustment

Today I wanted to talk about an HCG Diet Adjustment that you can make.

For your first round of the HCG Diet, you should definitely stick to the HCG Diet Protocol exactly as it is written. You need to establish your own weight loss patterns before making any changes to the diet.

After you complete the first round of the HCG Diet, you will be a lot more familiar with how the diet works. You are also going to know how your body will work with the diet.

If you do not reach your target weight the first round and you decide to do a second, you might want to try making this little adjustment to see how well it helps you to lose weight.

For your second round of the HCG Diet with Hormone Injections, you should try cutting out the Grissini Bread/Melba Toast. A lot of people who have done this, have found that they lose weight much easier than people who leave it in their diet. You can still use the Grissini/Melba Toast to add a little bit of crunch to your meal. For example, you could use the Grissini/Melba Toast in some Chili, like I recommend doing in the HCG Approved Chili post.

I hope this little trick helps you to hit your target weight much sooner!
