Today I wanted to share with you a couple of the mistakes that people make while on the HCG Diet.

There are a few common mistakes that people make before and during the HCG Diet. Now I don't want this to worry you too bad - because even if you do make mistakes while on the HCG Diet, you can still lose weight.

However, the goal with the HCG Diet is to lose as much weight as possible. To do that you have to know what common mistakes not to make.

2 Common Mistakes To Avoid:

  • Make sure to read the entire HCG Diet Protol. - A lot of people make the mistake of not reading the entire HCG Diet Protocol, and they suffer because of it. Some people think that if they just skim through the diet instructions in the beginning they can just read the rest of it as they go. This IS NOT what you should do! There is a lot of information that you need to know before you even start.
     
  • DO NOT eat the same protein for both lunch and dinner. This is one of the more common mistakes. People seem to think that if they are eating the food that is allowed, they must be doing things right. Wrong! Your food selections are to meant to be varied for a reason.
