Today I have another great Plateau Breaker for the HCG Diet.

This is one of the most popular topics when it comes to the HCG Weight Loss Diet; and probably the most hated too. Now if you are a regular of this HCG Diet Blog, then you know that we have discussed Plateau Breakers a couple of times before.

The first post that I wrote on the subject was called, HCG Diet Plateau Breaker. Needless to say it got a lot of attention. So about a week later I decided to write another. And as of today, I have posted quite a few.

But because this is one of the most dreaded parts of the HCG Diet, I wanted to throw another Plateau Breaker Tip out there. So if your scale has been at a stand still for a couple of days, try this...

    For this plateau breaker, you should increase the amount of water that you're drinking to about 1 1/2 gallons per day; that's roughly 4 to 6 quarts.

    Now if you are following the HCG Protocol, then you are already drinking anywhere from 1/2 to 1 whole gallon of water everyday.

    However, if you hate drinking water as much as I do, this is easier said then done. Try following this tip here to make the water go down just a little bit easier. HCG Diet Lemonade.
