HCG Scrambled Eggs

I'm sure that everybody already knows how to make a scrambled egg, but I have a great way to spice it up a little bit.

Here is a recipe for an... 

HCG Scrambled Eggs

Here's what you'll need...
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1 Tablespoon - Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon - Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Tablespoon - Fat Free Milk

Directions: Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Then scramble in a small saucepan. I like to top it off with a little bit of sea salt too.

This is a simple recipe that I just kind of made my own way. You can do the same thing with the foods that you are allowed to have on the HCG Diet.
