Making the decision to lose weight is clearly one of the healthiest things that you could do for yourself. No matter which way you decide to do it, you should always check with your physician before beginning any weight-loss program.

You should do your own research to find out the Pros and Cons of any type of diet that you are about to take part in. The HCG Diet is no exception. Learning about the side effects before you start a weight-loss program is definitely a smart thing to do.

The HCG 500 Calorie Diet has a lot of strict rules and procedures. You need to ask yourself if this diet is something you can commit to, and if feel you can commit, just make sure that you follow the diet precisely as it's laid out for you.

The medical advice found in the HCG Diet Protocol is advised by Dr. Simeons. Although you may find a doctor to prescribe you the HCG Hormone, you will also want to read Dr. Simeons book which is titled, Pounds And Inches: A New Approach To Obesity. The more knowledge that you have about the HCG Diet, the more weight you are likely will lose.
