Day 4 Of The HCG Diet

Today will be her 1st day of the 500 Calorie Diet

As I have mentioned in my last couple of blog posts, my wife Suzy is doing her 3rd round of HCG Hormone Injections. I am helping to track her progress throughout the diet, and I will be posting her results to the HCG Diet 411 Blog.

Over the past year, Suzy has done the HCG Diet twice. This time around she has decided to do 3 "Gorge Days", rather than doing only 2, like she has done the past 2 rounds.

Today is day 4 of the HCG Diet, this is where she starts eating just 500 calories a day. (Click Here to see the HCG 500 Calorie Breakdown)

For Breakfast
