If you have gone 48 hours or more on the HCG Diet without losing any weight at all, one thing you might want to consider is your sleep schedule.
Not getting enough sleep could be the reason for your sudden Plateau.

Studies have shown, that people who have poor sleeping habits are most likely to be overweight. So it only makes sense to think that people who get very little sleep while on the HCG Diet, might have trouble losing weight.
However, the HCG Diet isn't just about losing weight, it's about changing the way you eat and living a more healthy life. Getting the proper amount sleep is good for your mind and body - So this is very important for you to do if you want to become a healthier person.
